The pickle slices are first breaded in a mixture of egg and milk, then coated in a mixture of flour, cornmeal, and Cajun seasoning. Place the breaded pickle slices onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake until the pickle slices are lightly browned and crispy.

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk egg and milk together. In another dish, combine flour, cornmeal and Cajun seasoning.
- Fully coat each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then in the cornmeal mixture. Place onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
