All you need is five simple ingredients to make these brownie cookie cups. They are started from a box of walnut brownie mix, making these cookie cups so easy to make.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of walnut brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. The brownie mix is mixed with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Roll the dough into balls, and roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies into a paper lined muffin pan, and bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box walnut brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  • In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies into the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
