White Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Shortbread Cookies

Buttery classic shortbread cookies filled with sprinkles and white chocolate chips. These easy cookies make the perfect easy cookie to bake for any holiday or occasion. Everyone will love the classic buttery shortbread texture and flavor and the delicious white chocolate flavor mixed throughout these cookies.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic shortbread cookie dough, except for the addition of sprinkles and white chocolate chips. The cookie dough is rolled into balls, and flattened slightly. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the bottoms of the cookies are lightly browned.

White Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour until it is fully combined.
  • Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and flatten them slightly and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
