Easter Blondies

Soft and fluffy homemade blondie bars filled with fun Easter themed sprinkles. These easy blondies make the perfect Easter or spring themed dessert. Everyone will love the soft and fluffy texture of the bars and delicious brown sugar flavor of the bars.

The batter for the blondies is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Fold sprinkles into the blondie batter. Spread the mixture into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the blondies comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

Easter Blondies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the sprinkles. Evenly spread the batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
