Flourless Easter Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Easy classic peanut butter cookies filled with Easter themed sprinkles, made without any flour needed. Each cookie is topped with a chocolate kiss after they have baked. Everyone will love the classic peanut butter and chocolate flavors in these easy chewy cookies. They are perfect for a fun Easter or spring themed treat.

To make the cookie dough, all of the ingredients except for the chocolate kisses are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
