Lemon Crinkle Cookies

Sharing is caring!

Soft and chewy cookies filled with tons of delicious lemon flavors. These cookies are rolled in powdered sugar before baking, giving them a crinkle look after they have baked. They are perfect to bake for any spring or summer themed occasion. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture, and the delicious lemon flavor.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic sugar cookie dough, except instead of using vanilla extract, lemon juice is used. The cookie dough is rolled into balls, and rolled in a dish of powdered sugar. Then they are placed onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
