Quick and easy marshmallows dipped in melted chocolate for St. Patrick’s day. The marshmallows are dipped in melted chocolate that is colored green with food coloring, and decorated with green sprinkles. They make the perfect easy no-bake treat to make this St. Patrick’s day that everyone will love.

The only four ingredients that you need is a bag of white chocolate chips, green food coloring, large marshmallows, and green sprinkles. The chocolate is melted in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Green food coloring is then stirred into the chocolate. Dip the tops of each marshmallow into the chocolate. Set onto a large plate, and decorated with sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • green food coloring
  • large marshmallows
  • green sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the green food coloring.
  • Dip the tops of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Set onto a plate, and decorated with sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
