Buttery and delicious snowball cookies filled with St. Patrick’s day themed sprinkles. Snowball cookies are a classic cookie, they are rolled in powdered sugar to make them look like snowballs. These easy cookies have all of the same classic flavor of traditional snowball cookies, except with green sprinkles folded into the cookie dough. They are perfect to bake this St. Patrick’s day.
The cookie dough is started like a classic snowball cookie dough, then green sprinkles are folded into the cookie dough. Roll the dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the bottom of each cookie is lightly browned. Roll the cookies in a shallow dish of powdered sugar. Let cool completely before serving.
