The purple and green sprinkles are folded into the dough, and it is rolled into bite-sized balls. Set them onto a plate. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Use a fork to fully coat each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, and set them onto a plate.
