Brownie Ice Cream Cones

Soft and chewy chocolate brownies, baked inside of ice cream cones. These easy brownie ice cream cones makes the perfect easy summer treat that is so much fun to make. Baking these brownies in ice cream cones is such a fun way to serve them, you can even top them with some whipped cream for a even more sweet treat.

The brownie batter is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large bowl until smooth. To make this recipe even easier, you can use a box of brownie mix instead and prepare it according to package directions. Evenly divide the prepared brownie batter between the ice cream cones. Bake until the center of each brownie cone comes out clean with a toothpick.

Brownie Ice Cream Cones

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ice cream cones

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the ice cream cones onto a large baking sheet. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  • Evenly divide the brownie batter between the ice cream cones. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
