Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir green food coloring into the melted chocolate until it is fully green. Drop small amounts of the melted chocolate onto a plate. Place one heart shaped sprinkle on each chocolate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
