White Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Cookies

Sharing is caring!

Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies filled with white chocolate chips, and coated in a cinnamon and sugar mixture. These cookies have the classic flavors of a snickerdoodle cookie, because they are rolled in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar before baking. These easy chewy cookies are the perfect dessert for any occasion that everyone will love.

The cookie dough for these cookies is made similar to a classic sugar cookie dough, with the addition of white chocolate chips folded into the cookie dough. The cookie dough is rolled into balls, and rolled into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
