The cookie dough is rolled into balls, then rolled into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini Reese's peanut butter cups
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the mini Reese's peanut butter cups.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each ball into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
