Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry jelly
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Add in eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
