Cake Mix Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Sharing is caring!

Soft and chewy classic chocolate crinkle cookies. Made with chocolate cake mix, these cookies are so much easier to make than traditional crinkle cookies. You only need four simple ingredients to make them and do not even need a mixer. The cookies are started with a box of chocolate cake mix, and rolled into powdered sugar before baking, giving them the classic crinkle look. They are perfect for just about any holiday or occasion that you want a last minute treat for.

The cookie dough is made by combining chocolate cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl. Place powdered sugar into a shallow dish, and roll the cookie dough into balls. Roll each one into the powdered sugar, and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the center comes out clean. Let the cookies cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.
