Today is Memorial day, and to celebrate I made a red, white and blue themed chocolate popcorn desert. This popcorn is a sweet treat covered with white chocolate along with red and blue m&ms and mini marshmallows. It is a quick and easy no-bake dessert all made in the microwave. It makes a fun and delicious treat to enjoy making with your family this Memorial day or for the fourth of July.

Any popped popcorn will work for this, like microwave popcorn or pre popped bagged popcorn. Melt white candy melts in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each one until the chocolate is completely smooth. Spread the popcorn onto a baking sheet and drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn. Mix with the m&ms, red, white and blue sprinkles and mini marshmallows. Let the chocolate set until it has hardened. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
