In a small bowl, combine warm water with sugar and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add in yeast mixture and olive oil, mix until a dough forms. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth. Place dough into a large greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 400 F. Deflate dough and divide into 6 equal pieces. Divide each piece into 3 pieces, one larger, one medium and one smaller. Roll out each piece into a circle and place onto a large greased baking sheet with the larger on the bottom, then the medium and small.
Evenly spread each dough circle with pizza sauce and and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with the sliced black olives for the eyes and buttons. Bake for 15 minutes.
