Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. cook garlic until fragrant. Whisk in flour and cook for a minute to brown.
Pour in heavy cream, milk, grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over medium heat, while whisking constantly until sauce has thickened. Spread a thin layer of alfredo sauce in the bottom of a large baking dish.
Layer with 4 lasagna noodles. Top with chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese and more alfredo sauce. Repeat layers 3 times, ending with alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
