Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 8 oz. white chocolate
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Place peanut butter and chocolate in a large microwaveable bowl, microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows. Spread the peanut butter marshmallow mixture out into a large baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set. Cut into bars.
