Roasted Dill Red Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut red potatoes into quarters and place them into a large baking dish.
  • Mix the red potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, dried dill and dried oregano. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
