5-Ingredient Tater Tot Casserole

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 ( 14 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 ( 10 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ( 32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, drain the grease from the skillet.
  • Add the cream of mushroom soup and frozen vegetables into the skillet with the beef and let cook for a couple more minutes, until the veggies are heated through.
  • Spread the beef and veggie mixture out into a large greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
