Homemade Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons white distilled vinegar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions
 

  • In a large measuring cup, whisk together milk and vinegar.Let sit for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Add in eggs, melted butter and milk mixture. Whisk everything together until the pancake batter is just combined.
  • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Ladle about a 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot skillet and let cook for a couple of minutes until bubbles start to form around the edges. Flip the pancakes and let cook for another minute on the other side until both sides are golden browned.
