Preheat oven to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk and hot sauce. In a large plastic bag, combine the flour with all of the seasonings.
First dip chicken tenders into the egg milk mixture. Then place them into the plastic bag. Shake to fully coat the chicken in the flour mixture.
Place chicken tenders onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
