In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic power and worcshtershire sauce.
Form mixture into 4 equal sized patties. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Place patties onto the hot skillet. Cook burgers for 4-5 minutes, flip and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes. Or until no longer pink and fully cooked through. Serve on hamburger buns.
