White Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Snowball Cookies

Buttery and sweet homemade snowball cookies filled with sprinkles and white chocolate chips. These easy cookies are perfect to bake for the holidays, or any other holiday or occasion. Everyone will love the classic snowball flavors and the delicious white chocolate flavors.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic snowball cookie, except with the addition of sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large baking sheet. Bake until the bottom of the cookies are lightly browned. Once the cookies are out of the oven, roll the cookies in powdered sugar.

White Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Snowball Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add in vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour, mix until it is fully combined.
  • Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Place the remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll the cookies into the powdered sugar.
