White Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
