Watermelon Fudge

Quick and easy homemade fudge made with a bag of white chocolate chips and a can of frosting. The fudge is made green and pink, and topped with chocolate chips to make the candy look like watermelon. Everyone will love this easy fun treat this summer.

The fudge is started by making the green layer first, melt 1/2 of the chocolate chips and 1/2 of the frosting together until smooth. Stir in the green food coloring. Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Freeze until it is set. Melt the remaining chocolate chips and frosting in another bowl. Stir in the pink food coloring. Pour the mixture of the green layer. Top with chocolate chips and freeze until it is completely set. Cut into squares and store in the fridge until serving.

Watermelon Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can vanilla frosting, divided
  • green and pink food coloring
  • chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place half of the chocolate chips and half of the frosting into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir in green food coloring. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Freeze for at least 15 minutes. Place the remaining chocolate chips and frosting into another microwave-safe bowl.
  • Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the pink food coloring.
  • Pour the mixture over the green layer and top with chocolate chips. Let sit until it is completely set. Cut into squares.
