Valentine’s day is less than a month away, which means that conversation hearts are everywhere. Conversation hearts go great mixed with sweet tasty popcorn covered in white chocolate. This quick and easy treat is so easy to prepare, you can use microwave popcorn, or you can make your own popcorn on the stove-top or popcorn maker. This is a great no-bake treat to make with kids that is perfect for making this Valentine’s day.
I used microwave popcorn for this to make it even simpler, but any popped popcorn will work for this. Place the popcorn into a large baking dish or baking sheet. Melt the white candy coating according to package directions, until it is fully melted and smooth. Drizzle the melted white candy coating over the popcorn and mix to fully coat the popcorn. Before the chocolate has set, stir in conversation hearts and valentine themed sprinkles into the popcorn. Let the popcorn chocolate mixture set at room temperature until the chocolate has set. Break the popcorn into pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
