Quick and easy smoothies, using only three simple ingredients. These smoothies are so easy to make and delicious. It takes less than 5 minutes to put these healthy smoothies together. Smoothies are the perfect spring and summer treat that is so easy to make, and you can add in any ingredients that you would like, such as spinach or kale. You can easily make these smoothies vegan, by using almond milk, or any other plant based milk.
The only ingredients that you need to make these smoothies are fresh strawberries, one frozen banana, and milk. You can also use frozen strawberries instead of fresh if you would rather. All of the ingredients are blended together until smooth. You can also add in some ice cubes to the mixture. This recipe makes 2 glasses, but you can easily double or half this depending on how much you want to make.

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into glasses.
