Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- green food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add in vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour and mix until a thick dough forms.
- Add in the food coloring. Roll the cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
