Chocolate covered pretzels are the perfect no-bake dessert for any holiday, because they can be changed for just about every occasion. These pretzels are coated in green colored white chocolate for St. Patricks day. It only takes a few minutes to put these pretzels together, but they make such a fun and simple treat. Store the leftover pretzels in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week.
You only need four simple ingredients to make these pretzels. Just pretzels, a bag of white chocolate chips, green food coloring, and green sprinkles. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted and smooth. Stir in the green food coloring, and fully coat each pretzel into the melted chocolate. Set them onto plates, and sprinkle with the sprinkles. Let set in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely set.
