Quick and easy chocolate covered nutter butter cookies for St. Patrick’s day. This easy treat is perfect to make for a fun and easy treat with no baking needed to make them. All you need is a microwave to melt the chocolate, and just four simple ingredients. Everyone will love this fun dessert for St. Patrick’s day this year.

The only four ingredients that you need is a bag of white chocolate chips, green food coloring, nutter butter cookies, and green sprinkles. The chocolate chips are melted in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the green food coloring, then fully coat each nutter butter cookie in the melted chocolate. Set onto a plate and decorate with sprinkles, then let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
