Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. In a shallow dish, combine eggs, and milk. In another shallow dish, combine flour and seasonings.
- First dip each chicken in the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture. Place onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Place chicken onto hamburger buns spread with mayonnaise, top with one slice of pepper jack cheese, tomato and onion slices.
