Mix all of the ingredients, except for the powdered sugar until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
