- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, egg, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
