Mix all of the ingredients, except for the powdered sugar into a large bowl until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll into a dish of powdered sugar. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips.
