The cookie dough is made similar to a classic snowball cookie dough, except for the addition of chopped up snickers candy bars. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a baking sheet. Bake until the bottoms of the cookies are lightly browned. Roll the cookies in a dish of powdered sugar.
Snickers Snowball Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped up snickers candy bars
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until smooth. Add in the flour and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the snickers bars.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Place powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll each cookie in the powdered sugar.
