Snickers Peanut Butter Cookie S’mores

Easy s’mores made with soft and chewy peanut butter cookies sandwiched with mini snickers candy bars and marshmallows. Everyone will love the soft and chewy peanut butter cookies and the delicious chocolate and marshmallow flavors.

The cookie dough is made just like a classic peanut butter cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and place half of the cookies onto a baking sheet. Top with marshmallows and candy bars. Bake for just a few minutes, until the chocolate has softened. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cookies.

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• snickers candy bars
• marshmallows

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter and both sugars until fluffy.
2. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
3. Place half of the cookies onto a large baking sheet and top with candy bars and marshmallows. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven and sandwich with the remaining cookies.
