Soft and chewy cookie cups filled with chocolate chips and chopped up mini snickers candy bars. These delicious cookie cups make the perfect treat for any occasion. Everyone will love the chocolate chip flavor combined with the chocolate caramel snickers flavor.

The cookie dough is started out like a classic chocolate chip cookie dough, then chopped up mini snickers candy bars are folded into the cookie dough. Evenly divide the dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup mini snickers candy bars, chopped

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with both sugars until fluffy.
2. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and snickers candy.
3. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared muffin cups. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
