The brownie batter is made by whisking all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased square baking dish. Top with mini snickers candy bars. Cover with the remaining brownie batter. Bake until the center of the brownies comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
