Brownies and snickerdoodle cookies are two classic desserts. But combined together in one delicious sweet dessert, they make the perfect dessert combination. Snickerdoodle cookie dough is baked over brownie batter, combining these two delicious desserts. They are great for any occasion, or just for when you can’t decide to bake cookies or brownies.

The brownie batter is simple to make by combining all of the ingredients in the same mixing bowl. To make it even easier, you can use a box of pre made brownie mix instead and prepare the batter according to package directions. For the cookie dough, you can either make it yourself, or you can use a roll of premade sugar cookie dough, and add the cinnamon and sugar on top of it. The brownie batter is poured into a greased square baking dish, and topped with the cookie dough. A mixture of cinnamon and granulated sugar is then sprinkled all over the dough. Bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before serving.
