I love smores during the warmer summer months. But instead of using graham crackers, these mini smore bites are made with mini pretzels. With a mini marshmallow sandwiched between them and dipped into chocolate. These mini smores pretzel bites are a delicious and easy treat to make this summer. They are simple to prepare and only need to bake for a few minutes. These tasty treats will stay good in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

These mini pretzel bites are so quick and easy to make and you only need 3 ingredients to make it. Just mini square shaped pretzels, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips for dipping. The square shaped pretzels work best for this recipe, because the mini marshmallows fit perfectly on it. Place one mini marshmallow on top of each pretzel on a baking sheet. Bake for a couple of minutes, just until the marshmallows start to puff up. Remove them from the oven and place another pretzel square on each marshmallow. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each one until completely smooth. Dip half of the pretzels into the chocolate, then set them onto plates and refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
