These milkshakes are creamy and delicious with all of the flavors of a classic s’mores. And it is made completely homemade using homemade s’mores ice cream. The ice cream is frozen until the mixture has the texture of ice cream and blended with milk until smooth. The ice cream is made with marshmallows, chocolate bars, and crushed graham crackers to create a creamy delicious ice cream. Serve these milkshakes topped with whipped cream and more mini marshmallows.
To make the creamy homemade no-churn s’mores ice cream, heavy whipping cream is beat with a mixer until it resembles whipped cream. Sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, mini marshmallows, chopped chocolate bars and crushed graham crackers are folded into the ice cream mixture. Freeze the ice cream mixture until it is frozen solid, about 2-3 hours. Place the ice cream into a large blender along with milk and blend until smooth. Divide into glasses and serve with whipped cream.
S'mores Milkshakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 ( 14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 5 snack size chocolate bars, chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl with a mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, mini marshmallows, chopped chocolate bars and crushed graham crackers.
- Pour ice cream mixture into a large freezer safe container and freeze for 2-3 hours. Place ice cream in a large blender and blend with milk until smooth.
