S’mores Chocolate Chip Blossom Cookies

Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies filled with all of the classic s’mores flavors. Chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallow bits are all folded into this cookie dough. They have all of your favorite s’mores flavor, all topped off with chocolate kisses. These easy s’mores blossom cookies makes a delicious summer themed treat that everyone will love.

The cookie dough is made like a classic chocolate chip cookie dough, with the addition of crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallow bits. The cookie dough is rolled into balls, and placed onto a large baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Once they are out of the oven, place one chocolate kiss on top of each cookie. Let cool completely on cooling racks before serving.

S'mores Chocolate Chip Blossom Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallow bits
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with both granulated and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Fold in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallow bits.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
