The only three ingredients that you need is vanilla wafer cookies, Rolos, and a bag of chocolate chips. Place half of the cookies onto a baking sheet and top with Rolos. Bake for just a couple of minutes, until the chocolate starts to soften. Remove from the oven, and sandwich with the remaining cookies. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each cookie in the chocolate and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

- 12 oz. chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place half of the vanilla wafers onto a baking sheet, and top with Rolos. Bake for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and sandwich with the remaining cookies. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each cookie in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
