The only five ingredients that you need is a box of red velvet cake mix, quick oats, eggs, vegetable oil, and Rolos. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the Rolos together until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough and cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
