Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of red velvet cookies, and filled with chocolate chips. Each cookie is also stuffed with a Rolo. Everyone will love the delicious red velvet and chocolate chip flavors, and the fun chocolate caramel surprise in each cookie.
The only five ingredients that you need is a box of red velvet cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, chocolate chips, and Rolos. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the Rolos together until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
