Once the cookie dough is prepared, roll the cookie dough into balls, and wrap each piece around a Rolo candy. Form the cookie into a ball and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Rolo Stuffed Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, quick oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until completely combined. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and flatten slightly.
- Place one Rolo candy on each piece of dough, and fully wrap the cookie dough around the Rolo, and form into a ball. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
