The only five ingredients that you need is a box of lemon flavored cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, M&M,s and Rolos. Mix the cake mix, with eggs, vegetable oil and M&Ms until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Rolo candy on each piece of cookie dough. Cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake until each cookie is fully cooked through.
Rolo Stuffed Lemon Cake Mix M&M Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup M&Ms
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
