Rolo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 11/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with both sugars until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is completely combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and flatten each one slightly.
- Place one unwrapped Rolo onto each piece of dough, wrap the dough around it and form into a ball. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
